She hosts retreats annually in Bali and now in Northern NSW as well as facilitating workshops and classes at her Studio in Melbourne, Victoria. 
Michelle’s passion for the health of all people, in mind, body and spirit is what drives her to humbly facilitate her retreats and workshops. 
Michelle has a quiet, gentle and fun loving nature which enables each participant to have their own space to breathe, learn, grow and heal.
