How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days, after payment has been processed & cleared in our account.
Depending on our stock levels, orders may take up to 7 working days to be dispatched. Should there be any further delay we will contact you either by phone or email. If you need your order items urgently, please contact us by phone (0383617222) and let us know the required delivery date. We will try our best to assist you.
Estimated delivery within Australia: From 5 to 15 working days. Deliveries will be made either by Australia Post or Courier, depending on your location.
Can I Click & Collect?
Yes you can!
Our showroom is at 7/94 Eucumbene Drive, Ravenhall VIC. Once you reach the shipping information part of the checkout process you can select 'Local Pickup'. This will provide you with a FREE Click & Collect service.
We will send a notification once your order is ready for collection and you can come during our normal hours of operation.
When you come to collect your order please have your order number ready.

You can keep an eye on your parcels progress by clicking the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Due to COVID-19 there can be significant delays and parcels may appear 'stuck' in a location for some time or in transit longer than expected. Please allow for extra delivery time.
If you require your order urgently, please contact us to discuss further courier options.
If you still feel concerned about the length of delay you can contact us directly on email@example.com with your order number and we will do our best to help you.
Please do contact us within 30 days of your order date as courier companies may not be able to extract data records if the enquiry exceeds this timeframe. If no contact has been made within that time, we will assume your order has been received in full and order status will be marked as completed.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
If you are within Melbourne Metro area please contact our showroom team to discuss options for a same-day delivery. This may not always be possible and will incur additional delivery fees.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Our online calculator uses data such as item weights, sizes and your location to determine postage costs.
Do you post to a PO Box?
Yes we can ship to PO Boxes, Parcel Collect lockers, residential and business addresses.
If you require a signature on delivery or do not want your parcel delivered with Authority To Leave, please contact us.
I need to change the delivery address of my order.
Please phone our showroom to update your address as soon as possible. We strive to pack and send your order as quickly as we can, so do not delay in informing us of your changed details.
You may change these details in your account once you have logged in online before you place your order.
I want to place another order, can I combine my shipments together?
Please phone our showroom if you wish to combine your orders to save on shipping costs. We may need to charge a small amount to accommodate for additional weight and size of your order.
We cannot guarantee your request will be seen via email before we send your shipment out.
Where do you source your crystals and are they ethically sourced?
Our crystals are sourced all around the world. Certain continents and countries are known to be rich in certain minerals. Some locations are: Australia, India, Brazil, Morocco, China and more.
Our goal is to work as closely with each mine as possible to not only ensure the working conditions are ethical but also bring the best quality and value to our customers.
Unfortunately there is no official mark or standard of ethical crystal trading practices but our personal ethics and values mean we make a huge effort to deal with exporters that align with our core values.

Cleanse my crystal? What does that mean?
When used for energy healing, crystals absorb and harmonise the negativity that you are trying to get rid of. With all that negative energy moving through the crystal, it is very important to frequently cleanse them to ensure that they are refreshed and ready to heal.

Our Instagram and Facebook Live Sales are designed so that you can have a fun and entertaining shopping experience from anywhere you have access to the internet.
We showcase unique and beautiful crystals showing them live via video so that we can talk you through their unique qualities, features and how to use/style them.
Each item has a unique code that you will need to comment in the feed to claim the crystal. Once you have secured the item, you cannot change your mind or swap pieces. So please be sure with your choices.
We will contact you after the sale via the social media channel used for payment and any other enquiries related to your order.
