Here at Aus Crystals, we make sure all items are packed safely. After the parcel is send, there is not much in our control.

We send parcels with variour courier companies and Australia Post. In a situation where your parcel is lost by courier delivery company or the products received are damaged, this Insurance will ensure you either replacement or refund of the same product. If Insurance is not selected at checkout, we would not be able to help you.
